Return Policy

Eligibility for Return:

Products received by Shweta Computers in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

  • Any product not purchased from Shweta Computers.
  • Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (e.g., a return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection).
  • Any damage reported more than 24 hours after product delivery.
  • Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
  • Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included.
  • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
  • Any product that appearstampered, customized, or altered in any way.
  • Any product returned with markings or writing made by the customer on the original box.
  • Special order products (Back-to-Back Order) are not eligible for return.
  • If the seal of the product is opened and the product is not faulty then return/refund will not be applicable.

1) In case you received Incorrect Product: -

  • We’ll arrange a Reverse Pickup of the Product and provide a Replacement once the shipment gets returned. Reverse Pickup only be done if the Product is in sealed condition.
  • If the Wrong Product is Shipped back/ Any Item is missing then the return request will be hold until correct/all missing items is returned back.

2) In case you received Damaged/Defective Product: -

  • You need to contact us with Proper Proof (Images/Videos) for a replacement of the Product.

3) In case you ordered an Incorrect Product: -

  • You may need to contact us first for approval.
  • If the Product is opened, Return/Replacement is not possible.
  • You need to Re-Ship the Product to Our Store address at your own risk. In case of damage during transit Return/Replacement is not possible.
  • If the Wrong Product is Shipped Back/ Any Item is missing then the return request will be hold until correct/all missing items is returned back.
  • We’ll Replace the Product of your choice (Courier charges need to be provided from the customer side) / Refund it after deducting a nominal charge of 3% of the Product/Order value and Courier Charges for one side of transit.
